whyte and mackay has announced the appointment of a new managing director, less than a month after chairman vivian imerman finally succeeded in taking complete control of the scotch whisky distiller. former rangers fc chief executive and current dundee fc chairman bob brannan, 48, will take up the newly-created position of group managing director from 1 march.
