/ why a whisky blog?

blogging surely is a hype. so why has nobody picked up this obvious topic so far? at least nobody whose site could be easily found on the internet? a couple of years ago you would have put up your favourite whisky links and that would be it. blogging asks for more: more background information, more involvement, more topicality. this is what whiskyblog will try to achieve.
