west virginia’s small distilleries would earn the right to bypass state-licensed liquor stores and sell their products directly to the public under legislation headed for a house vote next week. the "mini distillery" proposal grew out of summersville vintner rodney facemire’s desire to sell his isaiah morgan-brand whiskey directly to tourists. facemire felt the laws allowing him to sell his kirkwood wine on site should also apply to his spirits ...
