/ nearly 600 spirits judged

Whisky_sanfranciscothe most influential spirits industry professionals in the united states gathered at san francisco's mandarin oriental hotel march 12th and 13th to swirl, sniff, sip, spit and rank the world's best spirits at the 5th annual san francisco world spirits competition, the only competition of its kind in the united states. the san francisco world spirits competition director anthony dias blue of bon appetit along with director of judging, f. paul pacult, editor and publisher of the spirit journal, have doubled the number of spirit entries since the competition's inception five years ago, making this the most influential spirits competition in the united states.

Whiskylive_londonorganisers of whisky live london are set to move to a bigger venue for next year’s event after another sell-out at the horticultural halls, victoria london. whisky live, a two day celebration of whisky at which consumers can meet producers and distillers from around the world and taste the leading brands, was held in the capital this week for the fifth time.
